Ortho FlexTech by Reliance is one of the best fixed retainer wires on the market. Its braided design makes it strong yet flexible, offering excellent durability without bulk. I love that it’s low profile but doesn’t compromise on strength—it doesn’t break like other wires we’ve tried. The dead-soft nature is a huge plus, ensuring it won’t cause unwanted tooth movement. It’s also easy to handle and bond, which makes chairside application quick and stress-free. This wire has become a go-to in our office for reliable, long-term retention.
