Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is Guaranteed! Reliance Orthodontic Products, Inc. guarantees that its products are of the highest quality and workmanship. If at any time prior to its expiration date your adhesive system fails to perform in a manner not consistent with the product, we will replace the remaining product with new material free of charge or issue a credit for the remaining product.

If there are any discrepancies with your order, please report the issue within 7 days. No refunds, credits or replacement will be issued after 30 days unless the product is deemed defective by Reliance Orthodontics Products, Inc.. Products that are being returned to Reliance Orthodontics Products, Inc. must have a prior Return Authorization Number (RMA.) All products being returned for credit or replacement must be sent postage paid with a copy of your invoice and your RMA number clearly visible on the package, or the package will be refused by Reliance Orthodontics Products, Inc.
