Customer Service Representative

The Quality/Regulatory Specialist is the deputy for the QA/RA Specialist Manager
About the Role: You will be responsible for execution of the department’s strategic goals and management of Regulatory Affairs processes, including complaints, corrective and preventive actions, change management, internal audits, external audits, supplier management, management review and quality agreements. The Quality/Regulatory Specialist is responsible for ensuring the department’s compliance with applicable regulations and ISO standards.
