My order never arrived
Click the "Login" link or the "Welcome" link (if you're already logged in) at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those where we have simply run out of stock and are awaiting replenishment. As soon as the items are back in stock, we will be able to ship the items to you.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to serve orders to orthodontic offices outside of the USA. We can now only ship to registered distributors that are licensed by their countries’ authorities to import medical and sanitary products from the USA. In the past, Reliance Orthodontics has been able to ship to our orthodontist customers’ international addresses. However, both our customers, and us at Reliance, are experiencing increasing regulatory complications. Therefore, to be able to follow new regulatory directives, if you need to receive Reliance Orthodontics products at a non-USA address, you should place your orders with one of our many international distributors.
